Your truck mattress is compressed and roll-packed so it can be shipped via FedEx. This saves you on the freight charges! Order deliver within 10-14 business days.

Easy Setup:
When your truck mattress is delivered, simply take off the plastic wrapping, place on your bunk, and allow approximately 90 minutes for your mattress to expand to its full shape! You can sleep on your truck mattress that same night (note: In colder climates…it may take up to 24 hrs before the truck mattress expands to full shape.)

Cancellation Policy: Your truck mattress usually ships within 48 hours after ordering. If you cancel after it ships, you will be responsible for the round trip shipping costs. If it has already shipped, do not remove the truck mattress out of it’s packaging when it arrives. Call us and we will arrange a FedEx pickup.

Size Verification: Please make sure that you ordered the correct size. If the wrong size is ordered and the product has already been shipped, the customer is responsible for round trip shipping charges. If product has been removed from the packaging a $59 restocking fee will be assessed.

You must contact us prior to donating the mattress to receive a DA (Donation Authorization), or a refund will not be processed. The refund will be issued when we receive a receipt showing the donation has been made, and we’ve verified with the charities’ management that the donation was received. In the event that you have difficulty finding a charity to donate your mattress to, MattressInsider will help you find one! Please note: guarantee does not apply to custom orders.
2. After 60 days we will require you to ship the mattress back to us for a refund. Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return shipping address before shipping the mattress. Shipment must be postmarked by day 365. The refund will be less a $59 restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
