Shipping Time: Your mattress will be compressed and rolled for shipping. As soon as it leaves our warehouse, we will email you the FedEx tracking number. Most of our products deliver within 10-14 business days from the time of order. Unless requested, FedEx will not require signature upon delivery. Non-Contiguous States & Canada Shipping: If shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, or Canada, please call for shipping costs. Remote areas may be assessed higher shipping fees. The customer is responsible for all customs fees when shipping to Canada.

Easy Setup: When it arrives, take it out of the box, and simply remove the plastic covering.  Allow 24 hours for your sleeper sofa mattress to return to it’s original shape!

First 30 Days
If you are not 100% satisfied within the first 30 days, you can donate your mattress to any registered charity of your choice. You must contact us prior to donating the mattress to receive a Donation Authorization or a refund will not be processed. The refund will be issued when we receive a receipt showing the donation has been made, and we’ve verified with the charities’ management that the donation was received. In the event that you have difficulty finding a charity to donate it to, MattressInsider will help you find one!

After 30 Days
After the first 30 days, you can ship it back to us and we will issue you a refund. Before shipping the mattress, please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization number and for our return shipping address. Shipment must be postmarked by day 121. The refund will be minus a $59 restocking fee, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
